Hello my lovelies,

I hope you’re all well and looking forward to the upcoming weekend!

Following on from my previous post a couple of weeks back where I shared how I would rock the latest trend, innerwear- as- outerwear (if you missed the post, you can check it out HERE), I thought that for today’s post it would be fun to bring you an alternative way to style the slip dress. This time around, I was aiming for a slightly more relaxed and casual outfit that could be comfortably worn throughout the daytime, without any hesitancy or second thought upon stepping out the door (this is for you ladies that perhaps found the ensemble from the previous post slightly too daring). Although the look has been dressed down, it is still exquisitely feminine and chic nevertheless.

On this occasion, I teamed up a silk chemise with lace trim detailing, with an oversized fine knit jumper and a pair of black strappy kitten heels (FYI these are super comfy and can be worn day to night!). I skipped the jewellery but accessorised the look with a pair of rose gold aviators.

Lose Fishnet Jumper – New Look (similar HERE)
Kitten Heels – Just Fab (similar HERE)
Sun glasses – Mango (similar HERE)

What do you think of today’s post? Will you be rocking the slip dress this Summer?

Lots of love, Ana

Last posts' look was too daring for me, but I love this.

I love this look, so sexy yet still something I'd definitely feel comfortable wearing! Love it. It's amazing how a bit of lace can just add that 'sexiness' haha xx

The other outfit was a good balance of edgy and sexy while this is soft and romantic to me. Nevertheless, both looks are lovely!
